Shipping Policy 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Rockin Dogs. 

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

Domestic Shipping Policy 

Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Orders are typically not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. 

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipment method Estimated delivery time 

Shipment costs are estimated on USPS rates.  Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

The Rockin Dogs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.   All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


The Rockin Dogs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.  We do however ship to Canada. 

Returns Policy


In the event there is a defect in the item, and it is not a clearance item, The Rockin Dogs will accept a return that is unworn and has the original packaging.   Please contact rockindogsus@gmail.com to approve a return.   We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval.  Only unworn items will be accepted for returns/exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Return Shipping

To return your product for a refund you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Refund Process

Any returned item must be in its original condition and all tags and packaging need to be intact.  Once your return is received and intpected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.    If you are approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.   Please allow for a period of up to 14 days to process the refund.
